For those of you who don’t fallow hockey the Sharks were knocked out of the playoffs on Monday with there game six loss to the Detroit Red Wings. During the Sharks push for the Stanley Cup I did my bes to support my team. I watched the games, I wore my hat, and I grew my playoff beard. Unfortunately, it was to no avail this season but we can hope for next season right. So what good can come out of all this? Well the young Sharks team has gained some valuable experience and hopefully can learn from it. They should also have some real motivation to win next season after three seasons of getting so close. Another good thing that can be brought out of this is that FSN found it in there hearts to give my playoff beard some acknowledgment. I’m on the site and everything… pretty sweet! However, the Sharks did lose and as a result I cleaned up the beard. Below are the before and after pictures. The playoff beard will return… it will just have to wait a year.
