Revolution Church and Jay Bakker
I don’t know how many of you all watch the Sundance Channel but back during winter break I went home to my parents house for the holidays and ran across a TV show called One Punk Under God. This short mini series on the life of Pastor Jay Bakker and Revolution Church has really got the Christian in me thinking. Since watching I have been rather moved and have tried to keep track of Jay’s messages. I am not quite sure how much I agree with his message as I have not investigated some of the details for myself. I can however say that I love his message of grace and feel his approach to Christianity should be highlighted. Now the best part of all of this is that in a few weeks Jay will be in San Francisco giving a message and I will most certainly be attending. If anyone is interested in going with me let me know.
