Dreams, Goals, and The Illness That Wont Go Away
Dream: More like a dream come true then anything else. If you don’t already know I am a huge music fan and when given the chance to interact with musical idols on a normal human level it is always with out a doubt a memorable experience. So when I got a call to resume a ritual normally reserved for summer with a few of my musical idols this last Wednesday I knew this was going to be big. Allison, the same girl responsible for the Sushi Party who also happens to be good friends with Sherwood, gave me a call and said, “we have to go hot tubbing again”. I of course said “lets do this!” and then asked who would be attending us on our illegal trip down memory lane. She responded with a subtle “a few members of Sherwood and us”. So let me say that Sherwood is easily one of the best bands I have ever seen live and despite seeing and meeting them countless times, and regularly attending a bible study at the guitarist’s parents house I am still always a bit a star struck when I see them. So jumping in the worlds most perfect hot tub with Sherwood is like a dream come true. To keep this short, it was a blast! We chatted, we laughed, we sang, and we exchanged hugs and went home. It was fun.
Plans: It seems that lately I have been really driven to set goals and actually fallow through with them. I have always tried to grow spiritually but have never really had anyone to back me up till recently. This year is going to be different though because Men’s Group is getting serious about our faith and we have made goals! So I’m stoked about that and to keep the ball rolling a few of the Men’s Group guys and I are also going to start hitting up the gym together. So it should be nice to have a decent amount of positive change in my life.
Illness: What started out as a small cold that focused my mind on design has turned into a week and a half long annoyance. My body basically felt 100% better about a day after I started feeling sick. I was thinking this was going to be short and sweet until the snot from hell decided to plague me. I will spare you the details but I am sure we have all had that stuff in our nose that was to thick to blow out but just runny enough to bother the hell out of you. Well, I have had this glue like snort for five days now and it is getting SUPER annoying
Anywho, it is late and I am tired so I am going to retire to the comfy confinds of my loving girlfriend and cozy bed.

Oh, one thing I noticed about this site - you might want to link the header back to your homepage. It’s a pain to delete half the URL after you’ve read a post to get back to the main if you didn’t come from it directly.
