The Design Bug
Let me start off by saying that my MacWorld experience was surprisingly exhausting. The days fallowing it all, I felt tired and worn out. While it was an experience to remember it has subsequently weekend my immune system and now I am sick. I personally blame Alex Albrecht for the sickness as he was sick at the DiggNation shoot and joking that all of these people he was coming in contact with were going to get sick.
On a slightly different note, a good name for this sickness could be the design bug because I have been unusually efferent these last few days at getting design work done. This being the official blog of Axis Design Studios I suppose I could divulge a little info on my most recent projects. The first is a website I am doing for a clothing shop in Fresno, California, called Sugar Hill. I had come in contact with the owner about a year ago we had discussed his distaste for his current site. One year later through a serious of distractions and obligations the project has become a reality. I can’t say much more except this site is legit and that is will launch in the next week!
Now this next project is a real exclusive behind the scenes sneak peak into my next side project. The title of the project is unknown but idea and organization has been thought out. My next project is going to be a food/beer blog where me and my roommate will share our recipes and experiences in the kitchen. We are both accomplished armature cooks and thing this would be a real fun thing to do. I don’t know what else I can say about the project except that we really want to do this right. So it is going to have hi quality photography of our platings and a solid design throughout the site.
Anywho, that is all for today. Make sure to check back for details on these two little gems. I wouldn’t expect the new blog anytime to soon but be sure to check back for the launch of Sugar Hill’s new site. It’s to legit to miss out on.
